Allegro appoints Katarzyna Ostap‑Tomann as new CFO and board member

Polish e‑commerce leader Allegro announced that Katarzyna Ostap‑Tomann will become Chief Financial Officer and a member of the group’s board on 1 October 2026. She replaces longtime CFO Jon Eastick, who will retire as part of a planned succession. Ostap‑Tomann brings more than 25 years of corporate finance experience, most recently overseeing finance for the Polsat Plus group and other media assets. The appointment is presented as part of Allegro’s next growth phase, which includes further expansion in Central‑Eastern Europe and investments in artificial intelligence, logistics and new business areas.

Allegro’s CEO Marcin Kuśmierz highlighted the move as strengthening leadership ahead of continued market expansion and technological development.
