Allegro launches AI‑powered ChatGPT app to streamline Polish online shopping

Allegro, Poland’s largest e‑commerce platform with over 20 million monthly users, has introduced a new application inside ChatGPT. The integration lets users converse in natural language, receive product suggestions displayed as visual cards, and complete purchases through a single “Buy on Allegro” button. The service draws on Allegro’s extensive catalog and real‑time data to filter offers, aiming to reduce the time needed for online shopping.

A recent ranking of Poland’s top e‑commerce platforms listed Allegro as the market leader, alongside other solutions such as Shopify, WooCommerce and Shoper. The new ChatGPT app marks one of the first moves by a Polish firm to embed its service in a major generative‑AI platform, showcasing a strategic push toward conversational commerce.
