Allen Siu Ming Chow faces new sexual assault and drugging charges
Allen Siu Ming Chow, a 73-year-old former Toronto pharmacist, has been arrested and charged with new allegations of sexual assault and drugging. Chow, an Oakville resident, was recently on parole after serving over nine years of a 14-year sentence for drugging and sexually assaulting 18 women between 2009 and 2012.
Peel Regional Police state that between December 2025 and April 2026, Chow allegedly met an adult female victim online and met her in person on multiple occasions. During these encounters, he is accused of rendering the victim unconscious and unresponsive before sexually assaulting her and recording the acts without her consent.
Chow faces charges of sexual assault causing bodily harm, voyeurism, and overcoming resistance by administering or attempting to administer a drug. Investigators in the special victims unit believe there may be additional victims. Chow was previously the owner and manager of Bridletowne Pharmacy in Toronto.
