Allgäuer Festwoche 2026 beer price hits record as Bodensee wine festivals announced

The Allgäuer Festwoche in Kempten reported that the price of a Maß of beer reached a new high of €12.20 in 2026, up 13.7 % from the previous year. Organisers Alfred Becker and Oliver Stich noted the increase, while other venues offered slightly lower prices ranging from €11.80 to €5.90 for half‑liter servings.

Meanwhile, a schedule of wine festivals for 2026 has been released for the Bodensee region and Baden‑Württemberg. Highlights include the 50th anniversary Konstanz Weinfest (29 July–1 August), the Sigmaringer Weinfestival (31 July–1 August), and the Reichenau Wine and Fishermen’s Festival (31 July–2 August). Additional events such as the Hagnau Weinfest are set for early August.
