Alliance Entertainment reports $1.15 billion in fiscal 2026 revenue
Alliance Entertainment reported a rise in fiscal 2026 revenue to $1.15 billion, up 8% from $1.06 billion in the previous year. The Florida-based distributor saw significant growth in specific segments, including a 22% increase in packaged media revenue to $339 million and a 45% surge in collectibles revenue to $32 million.
Music formats also showed strength, with vinyl revenue increasing 13% to $383 million and CD revenue rising 25% to $156 million. The company noted that these gains are driven by consumer demand for premium formats, exclusive content, and collectible-oriented releases. Additionally, distribution and fulfillment fee revenue grew by 26% to $18.6 million.
Despite the revenue growth, net income for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026, decreased by 13% to $13 million. CEO Jeff Walker attributed the overall performance to expanding relationships with major content owners like Paramount and Amazon MGM Studios and a shift toward high-value, specialized distribution.
