Alliance of Valiant Arms to end service in October 2026

The online first-person shooter (FPS) Alliance of Valiant Arms (AVA) is scheduled to end its service on October 28, 2026. Operated in Japan by GOP Co., Ltd., the game has been active since its official launch in December 2008.

A final update is set for September 9, which will include updates to the operation system and the AVAcoin shop, alongside changes to in-game item availability. To mark the conclusion of the service, the developers will host the ‘RT Frenzy Festival’ and bi-weekly special login campaigns.

The legacy of the title will transition to a new game, AVA RE:BIRTH, which shares the same world-view. AVA RE:BIRTH is expected to launch for PC in the autumn of 2026.
