Alliance of Vojvodina Hungarians focuses on EU integration and political authenticity

Bálint Pásztor, president of the Alliance of Vojvodina Hungarians (VMSZ), has outlined the party's platform focusing on Serbian-Hungarian strategic partnership and European integration. Despite a perceived stagnation in Serbia's EU accession process over the last five years, Pásztor noted that the adoption of the Western Balkans growth plan and the Serbian government's subsequent reform plan have allowed the country to access funds from the plan.

Pásztor also highlighted legislative efforts to align Serbian law with EU standards, including the introduction of a law on cohesion funds.

In a separate critique of the political landscape, Pásztor labeled the so-called ‘University Student list’ a deception, claiming it lacks actual students. He contrasted this with the VMSZ list, which he stated includes ten university students and maintains an average age of 43.5 among its top ten candidates, emphasizing a commitment to authenticity in their campaign.
