Alliance pour la République targets political reconquest through strategic alliances

The Alliance pour la République (APR) is intensifying its strategy to regain political power in Senegal through the formation of strategic alliances and partnerships. On September 12, 2026, the party's National Secretariat for Alliances and Strategic Partnerships held a seminar titled ‘Winning Electoral Coalition: The APR Facing the Challenge of Alliances and Partnerships’ at its national headquarters.

The seminar focused on transforming political convergences into an organized and credible force for upcoming elections. The party aims to strengthen relations with partners, expand dialogue, and build a broad coalition around a shared vision for Senegal. Beyond formal alliances, the APR plans to launch new mobilization efforts targeting youth and various regional territories to consolidate its political influence.
