The platform aims to address shifts in the payments and rewards landscape, particularly as Australian financial institutions navigate regulatory reforms affecting interchange revenue and card payment economics.

The Metaportal allows customers to activate and manage coverage online, offering the ability to personalize insurance by selecting additional benefits tailored to specific travel plans.
