allnex announces leadership restructuring to drive growth

allnex is restructuring its leadership team and business organization to accelerate growth and better integrate technology, commercial, and organizational leadership. The new structure is designed to focus on three primary goals: converting customer needs into innovation, establishing a single integrated global commercial organization, and developing long-term execution capabilities.

Effective January 1, 2027, Ruben Mannien will assume the newly established role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO). In this position, he will lead corporate strategy, sustainability, and innovation. Additionally, Mark Perbaums will join the company as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) effective October 1, 2026. CEO Anish K. Taneja stated that the new team aims to strengthen customer partnerships and accelerate the commercialization of innovation.
