Allwyn event highlights key figures behind Greece's major sports successes

Allwyn organized a special event that brought together senior officials from Greece's five largest sports federations—basketball, football, volleyball, swimming and athletics. The participants discussed the challenges, crises and the unseen work required to achieve medals and organise major competitions.

Among those speaking were Nikos Zisis, General Manager of the Greek men’s basketball team; Vasilis Torosidis, Technical Director of the Greek men’s football team; Marios Gkiourdas, General Manager of the Greek men’s volleyball team; Dimitris Chalkatzaras, Technical Director of the Authentic Marathon of Athens; and Nikos Xylouris, a member of the Hellenic Olympic Committee and swimming delegate. The forum highlighted the coordination, preparation and problem‑solving that take place behind the scenes of every major sporting moment in Greece.
