Allwyn reports 2.1 billion CZK profit and revenue growth in Czech Republic
Allwyn, the lottery operator formerly known as Sazka, reported a slight increase in net profit to 2.14 billion CZK, up 12 million CZK from the previous year. Total revenues grew by 7 percent to 14.33 billion CZK.
The company, which is part of entrepreneur Karel Komárek’s KKCG group, saw growth across all major business segments. Revenue from number lotteries, such as Sportka, rose by 11 percent to 7.1 billion CZK, while scratch cards increased by 2 percent to 2.4 billion CZK. The largest percentage growth was recorded in sports betting, which rose 15 percent to 210 million CZK.
In the past year, Allwyn paid out a record 12 billion CZK in winnings across 76 million individual prizes. Notable wins included a 50 million CZK Eurojackpot prize and a 15 million CZK scratch card prize. The company plans to continue promoting its rebranding to Allwyn through 2026 to attract new customers.
