Allwyn reports 27% revenue growth in Q2 2026

Allwyn reported strong financial results for the second quarter of 2026, driven by the acquisition of PrizePicks and growth in digital services. Net revenue rose 27% year-on-year to €1.246 billion, while adjusted EBITDA increased 29% to €458 million, maintaining a margin of approximately 37%.

Excluding the impact of PrizePicks and increased gaming taxes in Austria, underlying net revenue grew by 5%. The company noted that digital development and sports betting momentum, aided by the upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup, contributed significantly to the performance. In Continental Europe, online gaming revenue saw substantial growth.

CEO Robert Chvátal confirmed the company’s 2026 guidance, projecting net revenue growth in the mid-to-high 20% range and an adjusted EBITDA margin of around 37%. Allwyn also announced an interim dividend of €0.20 per share and a share buyback program of up to €150 million.
