AllyNext launches AI business assistant for global ecommerce

Los Angeles-based AllyNext has introduced an AI Business Assistant specifically designed for global ecommerce brands and sellers, including those on platforms such as Amazon, TikTok, Shopify, Walmart, and eBay.

The tool aims to help seller teams manage business context, identify necessary next steps, and execute tasks by combining multi-marketplace ecommerce data with customizable assistants. According to the company, the assistant is built using a domain-specific large language model (LLM), a proprietary data foundation, and shared knowledge bases intended to help companies retain operating expertise even when employees depart.
