ALMÁ Pinheiros residential launch to feature Eduardo Kobra art

SKR and Munir Abbud will officially launch ALMÁ Pinheiros, a high-end residential condominium in the Pinheiros neighborhood of São Paulo, on August 15. The development features units ranging from 85 to 150 square meters, offering two or three suites.

The project integrates urban art through a collaboration with artist Eduardo Kobra, who will deliver an exclusive piece for the building's lobby. The artwork is inspired by the nearby Escadaria das Bailarinas. As part of the launch strategy, early buyers will receive a certified collectible from the Spray Can Art series, created by Ateliê Kobra.

Designed by Aflalo/Gasperini Arquitetos with landscaping by TAGÜ Arquitetura da Paisagem and interior design by Juliana Abbud Arquitetura, the complex includes amenities such as a 25-meter pool, gym, sauna, ofurô, massage rooms, and a coworking space.
