Almeiras and Ferroñes host local community festivals

Local festivities in Almeiras, Culleredo, concluded with the traditional Sardiñada and the burning of the falla. The celebrations included community gatherings and local traditions.

In Ferroñes, Llanera, the local festivities concluded with the V Comilona, a large community meal that brought together over 200 people. The event featured a choice of lamb on a stake or grilled pork, with 120 servings of each provided by the festival commission. The festivities also included a mass performed by the Coralina de Santa Cruz, traditional music with bagpipes and drums, children's games, a Holy Party, and a performance by Vicente Díaz. Earlier in the festival, a large gathering of over 350 people attended a concert by Leticia Sabater.
