Almere residential care complex redevelopment begins
Triade Vitree, project developer Zwanenburg, and VNL Architecten have launched a project to develop a new residential care complex at Mozartweg in Almere. The initiative aims to replace an outdated building that previously served as a day activity location.
The new development will consist of 48 residential units designed with a focus on sustainability, efficient workflows, and a layout tailored to the future needs of both residents and staff. The project was symbolically marked by the signing of a large board by Triade Vitree administrator Norma van Burgsteden and developer Erik Zwanenburg, following the official signing of the lease and cooperation agreement.
The first phase of the project has already commenced.
