Almirante Brown implements hospital upgrades and community support
The Municipality of Almirante Brown is implementing several community support initiatives. At the Lucio Meléndez Provincial Hospital, structural renovations are underway in the intermediate care inpatient sector, with operations expected to resume in the coming months. Additionally, through donations from the Burzaco Planned Industrial Sector, painting and general repairs have begun in the pediatric waiting area. The municipality is also working to improve hospital access roads and internal paths for emergency vehicles and patients.
In celebration of Children's Day, the municipality delivered gifts to children hospitalized at the Arturo Oñativia and Lucio Meléndez hospitals.
Furthermore, Mayor Mariano Cascallares announced continued support for local neighborhood clubs amidst the current national economic climate. This includes providing materials and assistance to Club Los Álamos in Glew to support ongoing facility improvements, such as the construction of a new grandstand.
