Almonty Industries consolidates Nasdaq and Frankfurt listings as Sangdong mine starts production

Almonty Industries announced that processing at its Sangdong tungsten mine in South Korea began in June 2026, marking a major operational milestone for the company.

At the same time, Almonty will withdraw its shares from the Toronto Stock Exchange on 31 July 2026 and suspend trading on the Australian ASX from 28 August, with a final delisting on 1 September. The company will concentrate its equity trading on the Nasdaq under the ticker ALM and on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

The move follows a reduction in stake by major shareholder Deutsche Rohstoff AG, which sold roughly 5 million shares at the end of July, adding pressure to the stock that fell about 5.5% to CAD 18.81 and has lost 18% of its value over the past 30 days, far below its 52‑week high of CAD 33.35.
