Alovise Frey appointed GM of Finance and Operations at OMIGNAM

Old Mutual Namibia has announced the appointment of Alovise Frey as the General Manager for Finance and Operations at Old Mutual Investment Group Namibia (OMIGNAM), effective 1 October 2026.

Frey joins the organization with over 12 years of experience in finance, risk management, credit, compliance, audit, and taxation within Namibia’s banking sector. She previously served as the Head of Finance for the Commercial Banking segment at FNB Namibia and held senior roles in credit portfolio and risk management at FirstRand Namibia.

Sepo Haihambo, Managing Director of the Old Mutual Investment Group, stated that Frey’s strategic mindset and financial expertise will strengthen the organization’s capabilities as it grows. Frey, a qualified Chartered Accountant with an MBA from Stellenbosch Business School, expressed her commitment to strengthening operational excellence and supporting sustainable growth for the company’s clients and stakeholders.
