Alpen Outdoors Shirotori Field to host beginner camping events in Gifu

Alpen Outdoors Shirotori Field, operated by Alpen Co., Ltd., has announced its participation in the Gifu Prefecture Outdoor Tourism Campaign. The facility will host the ‘First-Time Camping Experience’ event to encourage beginners and families to explore camping.

The event features a full-package overnight stay where all necessary gear, including tents, sleeping mats, and meals, is provided. To assist newcomers, staff will conduct lectures on tent setup and camping etiquette.

In addition to overnight stays, the campaign includes day-trip workshops such as treasure hunts, handmade hamburger making, and wood-burning crafts. The events are scheduled for late September and October 2026 in Gujo City, Gifu Prefecture.
