Alperia presents AI-driven decarbonization solutions at Cphi Milan

Alperia, a major Italian green energy operator, presented its decarbonization and energy efficiency solutions for the pharmaceutical industry at the Cphi Milan summit. The company focused on the challenge of reducing emissions and energy consumption without compromising product quality, process safety, or production continuity.

Through its subsidiary, Alperia Green Future, the group showcased industrial roadmaps that integrate technological innovation with economic sustainability. A key component of this approach is Sybil, a proprietary platform that utilizes Artificial Intelligence, IoT, and predictive models to analyze and optimize complex, energy-intensive processes and assets.

The presentation included a workshop titled ‘From Esg Targets to Operational Results: How Pharma Sites Turn Sustainability into Action’, which utilized the Suanfarma case study to demonstrate how digital tools can manage energy demand and optimize utilities such as HVAC, clean rooms, and thermal plants.
