Alpha Bank completes full acquisition of Alpha Trust Holdings

Alpha Bank has completed the acquisition of all remaining shares in Alpha Trust Holdings, achieving 100% ownership and voting rights. The process, finalized on August 24, 2026, was executed through a squeeze-out procedure.

The bank acquired the final 69,324 ordinary shares at a cash price of €20.20 per share, matching the consideration previously offered during its tender offer. This acquisition was conducted in accordance with Greek Law 3461/2006 and follows decisions by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (HCMC).
