Alpha Bank launches digital banking program for students

Alpha Bank has launched ‘FOIT it is’, a new digital banking program designed for students aged 18 to 25. The initiative aims to support students throughout their academic and professional journeys, from university enrollment to their first jobs.

The program offers a fully digital experience that can be completed remotely. Key features include access to Google Pay, Apple Pay, Digital Cards, and IRIS. Students receive an ‘Alpha Privileged’ deposit account and an Aegean Debit Visa card with no subscription fees until age 25, featuring 0% commission on foreign currency transactions.

To assist with initial costs such as relocation and equipment, the bank offers consumer loans of up to €3,000 to parents or students with income at a 6% interest rate. Additionally, the program introduces the Alpha Bank Bonus Visa credit card with a €300 limit and no annual fee for those under 25. To support employment, the bank also provides working capital with preferential terms to businesses that hire students or recent graduates.
