Alpha TV announces second season of comedy series ‘Fonoi sto Campanario’

The Greek comedy-suspense series ‘Fonoi sto Campanario’ (Murder in the Bell Tower) is returning to Alpha TV for a second season. The new installment follows a group of nuns who, while being hunted by a hired assassin, seek refuge in an abandoned monastery near Karditsa.

In this new season, characters Sofianos and Tsakalakis gain a new ally in Lefteris Soupiadis, played by Sokratis Patsikas. Soupiadis is a second lieutenant and an old school friend of Sofianos. The plot promises a mix of suspense and surreal comedy as the characters navigate secrets hidden within the monastery and attempt to solve new mysteries despite a lack of evidence.
