Alpha launches new Greek drama series “The Daughters of Virtue”

Greek broadcaster Alpha is introducing a new prime‑time drama titled “The Daughters of Virtue”. The series reunites actors Manía Papadimitriou and Efymía Kalogianni in completely different roles, with Papadimitriou playing Kaïtoulas and Kalogianni as Efí. The ensemble cast also includes Marianna Toumasátou, Giánnos Perléngas, Dimitris Xanthópolos, Giouli Tsagaraki, Stavros Tzoumanis, Asiménia Boulióti and many others. The first teaser, scored by composer Niko Terzis, highlights the show’s cinematic style and intense family conflicts.

The program is produced by Pedio Productions, scripted by Katerina Giannakou and directed by Michalis Konstantatos. It adapts the format of the Turkish series “Mrs. Fazilet and Her Daughters”. Alpha promotes the drama as a major television event for the upcoming season, emphasizing themes of maternal love, ambition and hidden secrets.
