Alphabet Inc. sees varied institutional and political stock trades

Various institutional investors and political figures have recently adjusted their positions in Alphabet Inc. (GOOGL).

Representative Michael A. Rulli (Republican-Ohio) disclosed purchases of Alphabet stock valued between $1,001 and $15,000 through a managed account in late June.

In terms of institutional activity, Pacific Excel Wealth Advisors Inc. significantly increased its stake in Alphabet by 495% during the second quarter, bringing its total holdings to 8,788 shares worth approximately $3.14 million. Other firms, including City Center Advisors LLC, Cooper Investors PTY Ltd., and Sequoia Financial Advisors LLC, also reported increased holdings. Conversely, First Financial Bank Trust Division reduced its position in the company by 2.4% during the second quarter, maintaining a total of 79,016 shares.
