Alphabet Inc. sees institutional investors cut stakes in Q4 filings

Two major institutional investors disclosed reductions in their Alphabet Inc. holdings for the fourth quarter. New Age Alpha Advisors LLC sold 4,645 shares, lowering its stake by about 4.7% and leaving it with 94,439 shares valued at roughly $29.6 million, making Alphabet its eighth‑largest position.

BNP Paribas trimmed its position by 21,891 shares, a decline of about 5.3%, and now holds 388,602 shares worth approximately $122 million, ranking the stock as its sixth‑largest holding. Both filings were submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and reflect continued portfolio adjustments among large investors.

The transactions occur amid broader activity in Alphabet’s shareholder base, with several other funds buying or selling smaller amounts. Alphabet’s market capitalisation stands at about $4.39 trillion.
