Alphabet's Google Stock Slides Amid Executive Exodus

Alphabet’s Google shares have fallen sharply since mid‑May, dropping from a high of $408 to around $345 – a decline of roughly 15% and a market‑value loss of about $270 billion. The slide follows a series of high‑profile resignations, including AI leaders Noam Shazeer and John Jumper, who left for rival OpenAI, fueling concerns of an “AI brain drain”.

Analyst Joseph Bonner of Argus Research argues the stock may have reached a bottom near $330‑$340 and set a bullish target of $440, suggesting a potential upside of around 28% if the company’s AI initiatives regain momentum.
