Alpharetta police investigate pellet gun incident involving Kim Zolciak’s son
Police in Alpharetta, Georgia, responded to a report in July involving one of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s sons allegedly using a pellet gun to scare horses at the neighboring Equestrian Reserve.
A police report indicates that an employee at the ranch claimed a child from the Zolciak residence was firing pellets toward the property. While the employee believed the intent was to frighten the horses, she noted that no people or animals appeared to have been struck. Officers observed approximately 20 to 30 pellets on the road near the equestrian facility.
Upon arriving at the residence, authorities encountered two boys, only one of whom was the son of Zolciak. The child admitted to discharging the pellet gun but maintained he was not attempting to hit anyone or any animals. No arrests were made and no charges were filed following the incident.
