ALPKAAN GmbH integrates café franchise and textile business

Brothers Erkan and Serkan Özcan are launching ALPKAAN GmbH in Regensburg, a venture that integrates a café franchise concept with a B2B textile division specifically for the gastronomy sector.

Erkan Özcan brings over 20 years of experience in gastronomy, while Serkan Özcan contributes more than 20 years of expertise in the textile industry. The company aims to use its initial café operation in Regensburg as a testing ground to refine service workflows and product durability.

In addition to the franchise model, ALPKAAN plans to supply workwear, aprons, T-shirts, and cleaning textiles to restaurants and cafés. While the initial focus is on regional customers, the long-term goal is to expand textile services to gastronomy businesses throughout Germany.
