The Gault & Millau 2027 restaurant guide has been released, highlighting culinary excellence across various regions.

In the Ried district of Austria, four establishments maintained or earned chef hats. The restaurant kammer5 in Ort im Innkreis received the highest rating in the district with 16.5 points and three hats. Other recognized businesses include Bauböck & Wirt in Gurten, Wirt z'Kraxenberg in Kirchheim im Innkreis, and Genusswerk, which retains one hat.

In Switzerland, Dominik Hartmann, recognized as Chef of the Year, continues to lead the vegetarian restaurant Magdalena in Rickenbach. The establishment holds 18 GaultMillau points and two Michelin stars.
