Altamira Mayor Armando Martínez delivers second government report

Armando Martínez Manríquez, the mayor of Altamira, delivered his second government report for the 2024-2027 period. The report, held at the Complejo Integral Multidisciplinario Altamira (CIMA), highlighted progress in infrastructure, social welfare, education, security, sports, and economic development.

During the event, which was attended by Tamaulipas Governor Américo Villarreal Anaya, the mayor emphasized the importance of the CIMA project. Construction on the complex began on May 13, 2024, following management processes initiated in March 2024. Between 2024 and 2026, approximately 480.79 million pesos have been allocated to contracted works for the facility. Once completed, the complex is intended to support sports, cultural, educational, and technological activities, while contributing to the region's social and economic growth.
