Altdorf will host the ‘Day of the Regions’ on September 27. The event aims to showcase regional diversity, including agriculture, forestry, sustainability, and local culture.
The festivities will feature various stations presented by local associations, businesses, and initiatives. Highlights include an ecumenical service, the re-certification of several Fairtrade communities and schools, and historical reenactments by the Wallenstein Festival Association.
Other planned activities include a fire brigade exhibition and a blue-light rally for children at the Rossweiher, as well as a culinary mile titled ‘Heimat aufm Teller’ featuring regional food producers.
