Altenburgerbach Bridge renovation completed in Bad Deutsch-Altenburg

The general renovation of the Altenburgerbach Bridge near Bad Deutsch-Altenburg in Lower Austria has been completed. The 48-meter long bridge, originally constructed in 1986, had fallen into disrepair and no longer met modern technical standards.

Funded entirely by the state of Lower Austria with an investment of approximately 510,000 euros, the project involved the NÖ Straßendienst. The renovation included renewing the waterproofing, edge beams, asphalt, railings, guide rails, and road transition constructions. The construction work was carried out by the company Porr over a period of ten weeks under partial traffic management.
