Altice France extends exclusivity deadline for Bouygues, Iliad and Orange amid SFR takeover talks
Altice France announced that the exclusivity period granted to Bouygues Telecom, Iliad (parent of Free) and Orange has been extended to 5 June. The three operators had launched a joint offer a month earlier to acquire parts of Altice’s assets, including the SFR network, with a valuation of about €20.35 billion for the French telecom operator. All parties said they are continuing constructive discussions as the negotiation process proceeds.
The extension aims to give the bidders additional time to finalize a potential transaction while preserving the exclusive negotiation framework established earlier this year.
