Altus Group expands Redditch headquarters to demonstrate turnkey electronics manufacturing

Altus Group, a distributor of electronics manufacturing equipment in the UK and Ireland, is expanding its Redditch headquarters after acquiring an adjoining facility. The development adds about 363 m² (3,900 ft²) of space, including a new customer experience centre, and will allow the company to showcase a complete inline manufacturing solution covering SMT and THT assembly, backend production and component management.

Chief Executive Officer Joe Booth said the expansion marks a milestone that lets customers see an entire production environment configured as a single, connected process. The upgraded centre is slated to open in September 2026.
