Alufire produces aluminum fire protection systems in Poland

Alufire, a Polish company based in Łysomice, is one of Europe’s largest manufacturers of aluminum fire protection systems, exporting products to more than 40 countries. The company’s solutions are designed to integrate fire safety, acoustic insulation, and modern aesthetics through large glazed surfaces.

The production cycle begins in a design office, followed by rigorous testing at the Building Research Institute (Instytut Techniki Budowlanej) in Pionki. During these tests, structures are subjected to temperatures exceeding 1,000°C to verify fire resistance, smoke tightness, air permeability, and acoustic insulation.

Once certified, the manufacturing process involves anti-corrosion treatment and decorative coating of aluminum profiles. Automated double-head saws and CNC centers are used for cutting and drilling. The profiles are then assembled and filled with fire-resistant inserts or thermal and acoustic wool. Final assembly includes the installation of locks, hinges, handles, and electrical components, while glazing is often completed on-site.
