Aluminium Arak and Kheybar Khorramabad draw 2-2 in Pro League

Aluminium Arak and Kheybar Khorramabad played to a 2-2 draw in the fourth week of the Persian Gulf Pro League at Imam Khomeini Stadium in Arak.

Kheybar Khorramabad took an early lead in the 15th minute when Isa Moradi scored following a fast counter-attack initiated by Amirhossein Farsi. However, Aluminium Arak equalized in the final minutes of the first half after a VAR review confirmed a penalty due to a handball, which Shirvin Bozorg converted.

In the second half, Aluminium Arak took a 2-1 lead in the 55th minute through a goal by Abolfazl Ghanbari. Kheybar Khorramabad managed to secure a draw in the 82nd minute. Following the result, Aluminium Arak sits in third place with 8 points, while Kheybar Khorramabad remains in twelfth place with 3 points.
