Camposol invests in Mexican producer network Jaliscavo

Peruvian agroindustrial company Camposol, part of Grupo DC, has announced a strategic investment to become a shareholder in Jaliscavo, a Mexican avocado producer network. The announcement was made during The Global Produce & Floral Show organized by the International Fresh Produce Association (IFPA).

The move aims to strengthen Camposol’s global avocado business by creating a year-round supply model. By incorporating Mexican production alongside its existing operations in Peru and Colombia, the company intends to diversify its supply sources and better serve retailers, distributors, and foodservice operators in North America.

Jaliscavo consists of 12 producer partners with 44 registered orchards across the Mexican states of Jalisco, Colima, and Michoacán. The group operates a packing plant in Gómez Farías, Jalisco, which has an installed capacity to process up to 48,000 tons annually, utilizing advanced sorting and traceability technology.
