A session titled ‘Creating a safe home environment: Identifying and minimizing risks’ will be held in Castlegar on Tuesday, Sept. 15, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. This workshop focuses on identifying safety risks and making home adaptations regarding medications, food, and hazardous substances.
In Nelson, the ‘Shaping the journey’ series will take place over five Thursdays, from Nov. 5 to Dec. 3, between 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. These sessions aim to provide a supportive environment to discuss the brain, coping strategies, quality of life, and future planning.
