Amaal Mallik discusses fearless attitude and ‘Awarapan 2’

Music composer Amaal Mallik has discussed his fearless approach to the music industry and his advocacy for artists' rights. During promotions in Mumbai, Mallik addressed his professional attitude, stating that his fearlessness stems from his ability to perform well rather than being a calculated persona.

Mallik, who debuted at age 23, also commented on the hierarchy within the industry, noting that he does not categorize himself alongside seniors or juniors.

He has composed the song ‘Yeh Awarapan’ for the upcoming film ‘Awarapan 2’, starring Emraan Hashmi. The film is a sequel to the original ‘Awarapan’ and is scheduled for release on August 14, 2026.
