Amadeus receives 20% upside target from JPMorgan
JPMorgan has raised its price target for the travel technology provider Amadeus to 70 euros per share, representing a potential 20% increase from its current market value. The bank identified three primary drivers for growth: revenue acceleration, margin improvements, and share buybacks.
While Amadeus shares have declined approximately 10% this year due to market concerns regarding the impact of artificial intelligence on software companies, JPMorgan anticipates a turning point in 2027. The bank projects a compound annual growth rate for adjusted earnings per share of approximately 13% between 2026 and 2028, driven largely by the normalization of air traffic.
