Amaero Inc. postpones planned U.S. IPO due to market conditions

Amaero Inc. has announced the postponement of its planned initial public offering (IPO) in the United States, citing adverse market conditions. The company, which produces high-value titanium and refractory alloy spherical metal powders for additive and advanced manufacturing, had filed a Registration Statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Prior to the postponement, Amaero had set preliminary terms to list on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker AMRO. The offering aimed to sell 7,456,500 shares at a reference price of $7.06 per share, which would have resulted in a gross value of approximately $52.6 million.

Amaero, which maintains its corporate headquarters in Tennessee and is also listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), indicated it intends to seek the lifting of its current trading halt as it adjusts its strategy in response to the market environment.
