Amagoya Abadía Altube, 48, has taken over the management of Asador Mediavilla, a traditional family restaurant in Sangüesa, Navarra. The establishment, which was opened by her parents and aunt in the early 1980s, specializes in grilled meat and fish.

Abadía Altube has worked in the kitchen since 2014, handling both stews and the grill. Following the retirement of her father and mother, she has maintained the restaurant's traditional essence. Customers have reportedly responded positively to the transition, noting that the food quality remains high.
