Amanda Seyfried and Dominic Cooper reunite at film festival

Actors Amanda Seyfried and Dominic Cooper reunited at the Hamptons International Film Festival, nearly 18 years after starring together in the musical “Mamma Mia!”. The two, who were previously in a real-life relationship for approximately three years before splitting in 2011, were seen sharing a friendly hug while promoting their respective new projects.

Seyfried attended the festival to present “The Life and Deaths of Wilson Shedd,” while Cooper was there for the international premiere of “The Lightkeeper.” Seyfried has described their current relationship as a “family connection” that has evolved over time, noting that she maintains only positive feelings toward her former partner.

While both actors have appeared in the 2018 sequel “Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again,” there is currently no official confirmation regarding a third installment in the franchise, though producer Judy Craymer has expressed interest in a third film.
