Amanda Seyfried discusses life updates following split from husband

Actress Amanda Seyfried provided a candid update on her life during the Academy Museum Gala on October 17, following her recent separation from husband Thomas Sadoski. Describing her current situation as “interesting,” Seyfried remarked that she believes everything happening in her life is “meant to happen.”

Seyfried and Sadoski, who married in 2017 after meeting in 2015, released a statement last month confirming their split. They noted they had been separated for some time and that the decision was the right move for their family unit. The couple shares two children.

In additional comments to Variety, Seyfried addressed her previous role portraying Elizabeth Holmes in the Hulu series “The Dropout.” When asked about potentially meeting the disgraced Theranos founder following her release from prison, Seyfried remained non-committal, stating, “Life is long.” She also indicated she does not believe she will return for a second season of the series.
