Amanda Seyfried lists Los Angeles home for $3.195 million

Actress Amanda Seyfried is selling her long-time Los Angeles residence near the Sunset Strip for $3.195 million. The property, which she purchased in 2011 for $1.85 million, is a traditional home built in 1916 and spans approximately 255 square meters.

Located near Runyon Canyon, the home is described as a private oasis featuring three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a pool, a spa, and a converted garage that serves as a home gym. While the house has been renovated with modern amenities, it retains many of its original historical details.

Seyfried has spent much of the last several years living on a farm in upstate New York with her husband, Thomas Sadoski, and their two children. She has previously described the move away from Hollywood to a more rural lifestyle as one of her best decisions, citing the privacy, peace, and connection to nature as key benefits.
