Amande Studio designs small apartment units in Varese

Amande Studio, founded by Erica Fant and Alessandra Mazzi, has completed a design project for a small apartment in Varese. The project involved transforming a 90-square-meter space into three independent units intended for short-term rentals.

The design utilizes terracotta tones to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The renovation focused on revitalizing the space by leveraging large windows to organize the layout, despite the original 1960s installations being in a state of deterioration. The aesthetic combines terracotta colors with oak flooring, woven-effect tiles, and romantic wallpaper to establish a cohesive visual identity.
