Amano Family Farm introduces new dining course in Hokkaido

Amano Family Farm, a designated Shiroishi beef retailer, has launched the “Pirika Course,” a 16-item yakiniku dining experience. The course features four different cuts of Shiroishi beef, alongside pork, chicken, and seafood such as scallops from Funka Bay.

To manage increasing numbers of inbound tourists and prevent double bookings, the farm has integrated the “ebica” real-time vacancy management system with the “Japaticket Plus” inbound reservation service. This allows for centralized management of both domestic and international bookings. The system also supports pre-payment via credit cards, WeChat Pay, and Alipay+, aiming to reduce no-shows and language barriers in the Shiroishi area.
